Ingredients:
2 cups (16oz) milk, low-fat
1/2 tsp lemon juice
dash of nutmeg
dash of cinnamon
2 cups of ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender. Blend well.
2. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg and cinnamon.
3. Serve cold.
