PUMPKIN SMOOTHIE

Serves: 2 (12 oz servings)

Ingredients:

8oz soymilk

3oz crushed ice

1 1/3 cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt

1/3 cup canned pumpkin

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp ground cloves

dash of ground ginger

Combine ingredients in a blender and mix. Serve immediately.
